Ordering Guidelines for TMS :

1. You have the option for curbside pick up from Marchant's (849 Progress Ave, Scarborough) or can ship to your home at a flat-rate 

2. Due to the nature of made-to-order products, with your school logo, orders will be processed in batches. Generally, it takes about 4-6 weeks for completion.

4. Due to the nature of custom clothing, we cannot be responsible for incorrect sizes being ordered.

5. Every attempt is made to ensure stock availability. However due to circumstances beyond our control, our suppliers may have stocking issues, sometimes substitutions are made with equal or better options. You will be advised.

6. Mock-ups on the sites are only approximations of how the final product will look. Due to different sizes and proportions, actual finished apparel may look different.

7.EXCHANGES ONLY within 14 days of receiving product

In order to provide TMS parents, students and staff members with a better customer experience, we have provided sizing samples of most items to the school. You may also try them out at our showroom at 849 Progress Avenue, Scarborough during the business hours. Please note that due to the nature of the products we are not able to accommodate returns but you may exchange unworn, like-new items within 14 days of the receipt of the goods.
